Blj-6605 modified acrylic antirust lotion is a polymer lotion polymerized according to the market demand by using phosphate ester emulsifier, reactive emulsifier and special functional monomer, and by using seed process, core-shell structure and advanced polymerization process. The product has excellent chemical stability, mechanical stability and freeze-thaw stability. The product quality has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
Product features and uses:
1. No APEO, low VOC, green and environmental protection.
2. Phosphate ester emulsifier, phosphating, passivating rust, good rust prevention performance.
3. Reactive emulsifier, emulsifier polymerized on the main chain, good water whitening resistance of paint film.
4. Special functional monomer, the paint film is resistant to water, acid, alkali and salt water, and has excellent salt spray resistance. The paint film thickness is 40-50 µ m, the salt spray resistance is more than 120 hours, and the salt water resistance is more than 10 days.
5. The paint film has good hardness and adhesion.
6. The paint film dries quickly and is convenient for construction.
Packaging and storage:
the package is 50kg or 1000kg per plastic barrel.
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room to prevent direct sunlight. It should be transported and stored at 5-35 ℃. The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packaging.
