Physical and chemical properties:
A white powdery polymer compound polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer. The resin particles are loose and uniform, with high whiteness and good processability.
Production process:
The suspension polymerization process and equipment independently developed in China are adopted.
Purpose:
General SG5 is applicable to the production of pipes, plates, doors and windows, profiles, films, heat shrinkable films, artificial leather, etc; SG3 is applicable to the production of electrical insulation materials, cable sheaths, soft profiles, various films, all plastic slippers, auto parts, electrical appliances, etc. SG7 is used to produce transparent hard films, pipe fittings, various packaging containers, bottle materials, recording discs, smoke films, gold cards, etc.
Packing:
Packed in kraft paper and polypropylene textile composite bags, with a net weight of (25.0 ± 0.2) kg per bag.
Storage and transportation and precautions:
It shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and stored separately in batches to prevent exposure to the sun and moisture and away from heat sources. During transportation, clean and covered transportation tools must be used to prevent rain and pollution.
